Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly becoming a vital component in addressing the global ecological crisis. This article explores the potential of AI tools in supporting environmental protection and ecological education. It presents a cross-sectional analysis of AI applications in environmental monitoring, climate modeling, natural resource management, and personalized educational systems. The article introduces the concept of eco-intelligence, defined as a synergy between technological competence and environmental awareness, emphasizing not only the instrumental but also the ethical and social dimensions of AI implementation. The study adopts a review-based and analytical methodology, drawing on scientific literature, expert reports, and real-world examples. It highlights the importance of integrating digital innovation with sustainability values and proposes a framework for responsible AI development in ecological contexts. The article contributes to the scientific discourse by offering a novel conceptual perspective and practical recommendations for both research and practice.
