Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal (or an appropriate explanation has been provided in the "Comments to the Editor" section).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The manuscript has been prepared in accordance with the guidelines available at: https://scientiarumsocialium.uken.krakow.pl/dla_autorow, including the use of Times New Roman font, size 12, 1.5 line spacing, page numbering, justified alignment on both sides, and without bold or spaced-out text.

Author Guidelines

FOR AUTHORS

Editorial requirements:

We accept for publication only original texts that have not been previously publishedregardless of the language version or form of distribution (“paper” or online).

The article must be provided with an abstract in Polish and English3 to 5 words of keywords in Polish and English and a title translated into EnglishThe magazine has so-called. The journal follows the Harvard in-text citation style (author, year: page), while the reference list should be formatted according to the APA style. The use of the Chicago style is also recommended.

Author Guidelines

Submitted articles should include:

  • full name of the author(s)

  • information about the author(s) – affiliation with a scientific/research institution and, if applicable, the funding entity of the presented research

  • the article text (formatted according to the guidelines below)

  • bibliography

  • abstract in English

  • keywords

The structure of the article is flexible and should reflect the specifics of the research problem.
For clarity, we recommend clearly defining the research questions and objectives, hypotheses, methods, and results (conclusions).

We recommend using the Chicago citation style, as it includes the most relevant data, facilitates processing, and contributes to the accurate calculation of the Polish Impact Factor (see: www.pbn.nauka.gov.pl).

Review procedure:

Information on the Publishing Agreement
Authors publishing in the journal Studia ad Didacticam Scientiarum Socialium Pertinentia are required to sign a publishing agreement with the Scientific Publishing House of the University of Commission of National Education in Krakow.

Under the agreement:

  • Authors declare that the submitted work is their own original creation and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

  • Authors grant the Publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free license without time or territorial limitations. The license includes, among others: recording, reproduction, dissemination, and online distribution of the work.

  • Authors waive any remuneration and the right to terminate the license agreement.

  • Authors are obliged to submit the final version of the work along with all necessary graphic materials and editorial elements.

  • Authors authorize the Academic Editor to carry out the author’s proofreading on their behalf.

  • The Publisher has the right to make editorial changes to the work and use it for promotional purposes.

Authors’ personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR for the purposes of the publishing process, archiving, and dissemination of information in databases. Detailed provisions are included in the agreement.

Article Processing Charges

The journal does not charge any fees for the processing or publication of manuscripts.
